TheBitBag – March 25, 2016 – Japan’s video game magazine Famitsu has recently added Hatsune Miku and Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 to their 4.7 issue, slated for release on March 24. According to Crunchy Roll, the collaboration brings a “sexy gravure spread” on the magazine featuring DOA’s Marie Rose.
Meanwhile, Dengeki Online, according to Gematsu, has featured some gameplay for Dead or Alive Xtreme 3: Fortune on the PlayStation platform. The 20-minute gameplay apparently revealed some of the activities that can be expected from the game as well as Katsumi’s different interactions in the gameplay.
According to Attack of the Fanboy, Katsumi’s role in Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 was clearly guaranteed based on the number of roles she played in mainline games. The recent character vote though did not show Katsumi as the number one contender, but it still put her as one of the most sought after character in the game. Some of the most notable improvements of the game is Katsumi’s physical transformation that tends to improve over time.
The environment on Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 has also evolved into something catchy and real. Already launched in Japan, the game is expected to be available in the U.S. as the game’s system is considered region free, meaning it can be accessed anywhere. Dead or Alive is available on the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita platform. Meanwhile, you can check the trailer of the game here.
Hatsune Miku, on the other hand, will launched in Japan in two versions later this year, According to Gematsu, the two versions will be:
- “Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone – Colorful Tone will include 100 songs focused on the arcade game and 3DS Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai series.”
- Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone – Future Sound will include 120 songs focused on the Hatsune Miku: Project Diva home console series.
